Rachelle Leishman
Founder & Principal Consultant
Rachelle is a sustainability and environmental health professional whose work exists at the intersection of ecological resilience, public health, and systems change. As the founder of The Headwaters Solution, she helps organizations, agencies, and communities design and implement solutions that protect landscapes, empower people, and foster lasting sustainability.
Grounded in systems thinking and guided by empathy, Rachelle approaches every project as a collaboration, bringing together diverse perspectives to identify solutions that restore balance between the human and natural worlds. Her work reflects both the science of sustainability and the soul of stewardship—bridging disciplines, communities, and ideas to create pathways for lasting change.
Lance Davisson
Advisor & Associate Consultant
Owner & Principal Consultant of The Keystone Concept. In 2011 Lance invested in TKC as a mechanism to transform land management and community development through an innovative, fun and collaborative approach. Today, the TKC team catalyzes positive change in organizations and communities and across landscapes through a unique relationship with our partners.
Lance has over 25 years of experience in land management, program development and project management in public and private sectors. In 2011, Lance moved to Boise, Idaho where he founded The Keystone Concept, LLC. Prior to that, Lance worked in the public sector in several western states as a land manager, forester, commercial leasing professional and wildland firefighter.
